We can do hard things! Keep pushing yourself, pick the harder weight and go hard! Work to meet your goals, whether that is to lose weight, gain muscle, or tone your muscles. Keep pushing, even when you fall back push to meet your goals of fitness to workout and be healthy.
Don't we all want to look this toned! Well to bad! We all can work hard and feel good but we might not look like this but we might be in the best shape of our life yet we want to be better. Stop looking at what you don't have and look at what you do! Lift harder to get those muscles that you have always wanted to see. Do the workouts that challenge you, never give up just keep moving forward.
